This page will have a number of different lists. First off it will contain a list of things that we should be eating. I collected that information from various sites. Next it will have a list of things that I normally eat or cook with along with photos of the products and the nutritional label so we can look at the sugar levels. This is where is gets a little tricky. Sometimes the label shows that it has sugar but sugar is not listed in the ingredients.
