Moroccan Table Lentils

I saw this recipe on "The Lentil Hunter" and I wanted to try it. It's the perfect dish for dipping with pita bread, naan bread or a nice soft loaf of bread.




Ingredients:
1/2 - Cup Brown Lentils
1/2 - Cup Red Lentils
1/2 - Can Diced Tomatoes
1/2 - Diced Onion
1 - Tbsp Ginger Powder
1 - Tbsp Paprika
1 - Tbsp Cumin
1 - Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 - Tsp Cinnamon
1 - Tsp Black Pepper
1 - Tsp Salt
3 - Cups of Beef Broth
1 - Tbsp of Parley leaves



Directions:
Rinse off the Brown Lentils.


Rinse off the Red Lentils.


Put the Lentils in a large shallow pan.


Add in the Diced Tomatoes.


Add the Onions.


Add the Ginger, Paprika, Cumin, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Black Pepper and Salt.


Pour in the Beef Broth.


Mix together.


Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.


Scoop into a bowl and sprinkle with parsley.



Serve with Pita and Naan bread
